How long until my order arrives?

Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days (unless otherwise noted). As soon as your shipping label is created, you’ll get an email with tracking details. If it’s been more than 5 business days and you haven’t received your tracking info, please send through an email to followthegypsy.info@gmail.com and I’ll get onto it asap for you.

Why can’t I find the piece I’m looking for?

We’re a small label creating unique, one-off treasures. Each piece is custom dyed and crafted just once, so when it sells out, that’s it—no restocks, no repeats, just a little slice of colour magic that’s truly yours.

Do you take custom orders?

Unfortunately, because ice dyeing creates colours and patterns that are a little unpredictable, I don’t offer custom orders. Each piece turns out unique, which makes it tricky to guarantee the exact look a customer is after.

What about wholesale orders?

As a one-woman show, I don’t usually have the capacity for large wholesale orders. If there’s something specific you’d love for your shop, though, feel free to reach out—I’m always happy to chat and see if we can make it work.

What type of dyes do you use?

We use fibre-reactive dyes, which are unique because they bond directly with the fabric at a molecular level. Instead of simply sitting on the surface, the dye forms a permanent chemical bond with the fibres, becoming part of the fabric itself. This results in exceptional wash- and light-fastness— so they stay bright and beautiful wash after wash. Unlike regular dyed clothing, our pieces won’t fade out on you.

Sustainability

Fibre-reactive dyes are a sustainable option because they achieve high fixation rates, reducing dye waste, water pollution, and the burden on treatment systems. Their strong bonds with fabric mean fewer rinse cycles, saving water and energy, while producing long-lasting, colourfast textiles. Often classed as low-impact, they avoid heavy chemicals commonly found in other methods. Compared to natural dyes, which need mordants and multiple applications, fibre-reactive dyes deliver more vibrant, durable results with greater efficiency.
